Who pays and manages my Sidekick?


We do. We handle pay roll and day to day management of them.


  • Are there any additional fees?


We charge a $5 setup fee to start your Game plan. 10 days later your chosen plan starts. All fees are in USD.


  • What if I need to cancel?


We require 30 days notice to cancel.


  • Is there a contract period?


There is no contract period. You may cancel at anytime by giving notice.


  • Will my Sidekick get ongoing training and support to help with their tasks?


Yes. Your Sidekick will be a member of the Sidekicks Academy with access to ongoing training, a dedicated Training Manager, a community and weekly support calls.


  • What if it's not working out with my specific Sidekick?


We will replace your Sidekick if they are not meeting KPI's, you request a change or we agree they are not a fit for your business.


  • Can I hire them and make them part of my team?


Yes. You can hire the Sidekick directly for a one time fee and we can continue to support them as part of your team


  • Will my Sidekick work in my timezone?


We will align you with an experienced Sidekick who will operate in business hours in your local timezone.


  • Where are the Sidekicks based?


All our Sidekicks are based in the Philippines, are college educated and have perfect verbal and written English.
